Job description

With a sharp eye, you work during the night. The responsibility that rests on your shoulders makes you the indispensable and highly valued link with the finance department, among others.

Courtyard by Marriott - Amsterdam AirportA professional, 4-star superior hotel on the edge of the Haarlemmermeer Forest in Hoofddorp with 260 modern hotel rooms and 10 meeting rooms. We mainly receive international business travelers and have tailored our facilities and service accordingly.

What will your working days look like?

• Night shifts from 22.45 hour till 07.00 hour.

• Checking daily reports and financial transactions using your eagle-eye.

• Processing daily output in ready-made files for the finance department.

• Checking guests in and out, answering their questions and handling their requests.

• Having a watchful eye during the duty rounds.

• Ensuring a smooth transfer with the morning shift.

Job requirements

Courtyard by Marriott is looking for:

An administrative god. Data? Bring it on! The daily financial framework will be absolutely fine as you will get it done. Being hospitable is your second nature. Guests visiting you during the night at the Front Desk will know!

Education and working experience

• (Night) Duty experience is required.

• ERO (Emergency Response Officers) diploma is a plus, else we fix it for you!

• Fluent spoken and written English.
