• You'll ensure that the hotelrooms and restrooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring our guets have a fresh and comfortable stay.
• You'll also oversee the cleanliness of common areas, such as the hotel lobby, and help when strictly necessary.
• You give the team instructions and directions to achieve the best result together.
• You ensure that the quality and execution of the work are guaranteed.
• You are the right hand of the Head of Housekeeping.
• You provide support in creating schedules, placing orders, and ensuring quality.

• As a First Housekeeping Employee, you know how to tackle things.
• Thanks to your experience, you can keep a good overview, allowing you to manage the team where necessary.
• You have knowledge of different types of cleaning products.
• We work closely together within the housekeeping department. For you, this means that in addition to working independently, you can also work well in a team. You do not wait but act yourself during your work.
• You have very good communication skills in the Dutch and English language.
