As a team lead at Bleckmann in Venlo, you are responsible for managing your team in a dynamic work environment. You work full-time and contribute to the daily operations of our logistics center. Your role is crucial in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the team.

• Intermediate vocational education (MBO) level

• Skills in managing warehouse staff

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality procedures
• Flexible and stress-resistant
