Leidinggeven aan een team én meebouwen aan een onvergetelijke opening, dat is iets waar jij enthousiast van wordt!

Als Supervisor bij Barraca Amsterdam speel jij een sleutelrol in de opening van onze nieuwe Rodizio Grill & Bar op het bruisende Max Euweplein. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op de vloer, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast de unieke Barraca-experience ervaart.

Met jouw energie, overzicht en gevoel voor gastvrijheid zorg je ervoor dat het team staat, de operatie soepel loopt en gasten met een glimlach de deur uitgaan.

Over Barraca

Barraca is het spectaculaire Rodizio Grill & Bar concept van Claus Group. Rodizio betekent: continu genieten van perfect gegrild vlees, rechtstreeks van de grote spiesen die onze Passadores aan tafel aansnijden. Na het succes in Hoofddorp openen we binnenkort onze nieuwe locatie in hartje Amsterdam, vlak bij het Leidseplein en jij kunt vanaf het begin meebouwen aan dit succes!

Vereisten

What will you be doing?

As a Supervisor at Barraca Amsterdam, you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring the ultimate guest experience. You will:

• Coach and manage the service team and hostesses and motivate colleagues on the floor;

• Be ultimately responsible for sales processing;

• Be jointly responsible for creating schedules and purchasing;

• Maintain an overview during busy services and switch gears quickly when necessary;

• Ensure the quality of service and products;

• Create a positive working atmosphere that combines hard work and fun;

• Be an accessible point of contact for guests and employees;

• Be jointly responsible for opening and closing the restaurant;

• You are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• You handle all incoming reviews.

In short: you are the driving force behind a strong team and an unforgettable Barraca experience.
