IAM Specialist

You work on implementing, maintaining, and improving integrations between various systems, drafting and safeguarding assignment policies, and thereby ensuring secure and efficient access to the IT environment.

What will you do?

• Manage and optimize IAM processes (joiner, mover, leaver) and provisioning flows.
• Implement and maintain integrations between IGA tooling and systems such as AD, HR tooling, Entra ID, and various applications, using technologies like LDAPS, Kerberos, and SKIM.
• Support change and incident processes in accordance with ITIL guidelines.
• Advise on improvements and automation within IAM processes.
• Apply Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and ensure correct authorization structures.
• Perform logging and monitoring of IAM activities for insight and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university-level (WO) working and thinking skills.
• Experience with IGA tooling, preferably Omada.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and integrations (LDAP, API, Secure Bind).
• Familiarity with IAM-related processes and ITIL (change, incident).
