As a Destination Responsible (Team Lead), you bring those moments to life by supporting both your team and our guests. You act as the connecting force on destination: the go‑to person for your guides, the face of Sunweb for our guests, and the key link between local partners and our headquarters.

For Summer 2026, we are looking for an energetic, proactive, and guest‑centric Destination Responsible for our destinations Kos and Rhodes .

• Kos: fluency in Dutch & English, start date April - November

• Rhodes: fluency in Dutch, English & French, start date April - November

What you will do

As Destination Responsible, you oversee the daily operation on your destination.

You will:

Leadership & Team Coordination

Guest Experience

• Act as the escalation point for complex questions, complaints, and special situations.

• Guarantee a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Ensure high‑quality service both digitally and on‑site.

• Support your team in promoting and selling excursions, upgrades, and extras.
