At Restaurant Bravoure, you'll work in a young, ambitious kitchen where team spirit, innovation, and flavor take center stage. You're the one who independently plates dishes, runs a tight mise en place, and surprises our guests with your flavors.

Where is it?

A historic hotel in a lively location

Badhotel Bruin is the oldest hotel on (since 1874!)) and is located right in the middle of the main street, where everything happens: shops, terraces, and atmosphere. It's the place for chefs who love both buzz and island calm in one.

You'll join a young, energetic team with plenty of ambition. Our regular guests return especially for the food - no pressure, but a great opportunity to show what you can do.

We work from a modern pescatarian vision, complemented by top-quality dry-aged meat from selected suppliers.

You love to push yourself. And you work independently.

Badhotel Bruin is the oldest hotel on the island - a stunning 151-year-old building right in the middle of the main street, surrounded by lively terraces and boutiques. It's the ideal place for those who enjoy a dynamic environment with a touch of island calm.

Your team

Our kitchen team is young, energetic, and full of talent. Guests return to especially for our food - making Bravoure the number one name in the island's culinary scene.

Our focus? Pescatarian cuisine, top-quality ingredients, and a serious love for dry-aged beef for those who want it.
