About the position:

As an independent working cook at Parkhotel Valkenburg you will be part of a compact and cozy kitchen team of three cooks. This makes your role varied, challenging and very important within our organization.

You have basic knowledge and experience in the kitchen and work according to the applicable standards of sustainability, hygiene and labeling. You enjoy thinking about the composition of the menu and know how to not only prepare dishes tastefully, but also present them beautifully.

Together with the head chef and your fellow chef, you will cook for a variety of guests: from hotel visitors who come to enjoy Limburg's hospitality to business guests who stay with us for meetings or training sessions. Your team ensures that the culinary expectations are met-and preferably exceeded.

You will work closely with colleagues in reception and service to provide our guests with a perfectly matched overall experience. Initiatives for innovation and improvement are greatly appreciated with us.

Parkhotel Valkenburg is modern, works with clear communication systems and gives you plenty of room to develop. Adapting working hours to your private situation when it comes to scheduling and taking vacations is always done in consultation, and here too the company gives plenty of room.

Employment: 20-38 hours per week

Salary: €2,600.00 - €3,000.00 per month
