We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated skin therapist who wants to change the way we approach skin care.

Who are we?

Lennep Kliniek specializes in skin improvement, injectables and professional skin care. In the clinic, we work with a multi-disciplinary team of BIG-registered skin therapists, KNMG cosmetic doctors, consultants, front-office staff and a back-office team consisting of the marketing department. Our focus is mainly on medical cosmetic treatments to improve the face, neck & décolleté. Creating a personal treatment plan, combined with professional advice and appropriate guidance, is the common thread in the team's way of working. This focuses on the wishes of our customers. Lennep Clinic has two offices in The Hague and one in Oegstgeest. We are currently specifically looking for a skin therapist for our offices in Oegstgeest and Willem Witsenplein in The Hague, but our close-knit team can be deployed at any location.

A working day at Lennep Clinic

Your working day starts just before 09:00am. Before the office hour starts, drink a nice cup of coffee, tea or cappuccino with the doctor and front office employee and tell us how your weekend went. You have an eye for detail and love a tidy and tidy room, so you take a nap before bringing in the first customer. The office hours are diverse and consist of both consultations with new customers and treatments with existing customers. During the first consultation, you listen carefully to the customer and know how to ask the wishes carefully and translate them into a treatment plan. You talk about our concept, explain how skin aging and (preventive) skin improvement works and discuss various options. Here, you will be able to convince the customer of the benefit of multiple (combination) treatments on the one hand and you will also see where you can refer to our cosmetic doctors. You provide advice on the right skincare and pre- and aftercare. The customer immediately books a 1st treatment for the following week and takes the recommended products home in adce to prepare for the treatment to come. The rest of the morning, you'll have nice combination treatments with peels and microneedling, or IPL treatments and fractional laser. You'll have a lunch break with your team at 12:30 p.m., and at 1:00 p.m., you'll call back a few customers to ask how things are going after a deep exfoliation and starting with products. You then update the morning's clients' files in our EPD (Clinicminds). The afternoon is dedicated to Hydrafacials and a few check-ups. You'll discuss the results and get a positive review from a customer who has finally got rid of her acne and pigment. The next customer won't arrive in half an hour, so please help out at the counter to answer the phone. After the last customer, you check all your files and check whether your customers have made another appointment. You are already looking ahead to the next office hour and see that the day starts tomorrow with the joint skin therapy meeting. Then you clean your room, turn on the washing machine and help the front office employee close. At 17:30 you walk out together.

We ask:

Requirement

• Graduated skin therapist (HBO skin therapy) with a BIG registration;
• At least 2 years of work experience;
• Representative, customer-oriented with good commercial skills;
• Affinity with the beauty industry;
• A proactive attitude and you are friendly and helpful;
• A flexible attitude with regard to working hours, availability and activities;
• An excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language.

Pre

• Experience with our brands ZO Skin Health, Environ, Skinceuticals, Dermaceutic;
• Experience with Harmony XL laser;
• Experience with HydraFacial;
• Experience with Dermapen;
