As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you drive new revenue growth by prospecting and closing large enterprise accounts while expanding existing relationships. You will build and manage a robust multi‑geo pipeline, engaging C‑level stakeholders and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored workspace solutions. Your work spans national and international opportunities, collaborating with brokers and advisors to raise IWG's market visibility. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how large organizations adopt flexible, carbon‑neutral workspaces at scale.
Responsabilités
chevron- Generate profitable new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and converting new Enterprise clients
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across sectors and geographies
- Conduct strategic outreach via direct engagement, events, and referrals to identify high-potential prospects
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close with emphasis on activity and deal progression
- Create and execute Account Plans to grow wallet share within strategic accounts
- Build executive-level relationships to understand client needs and tailor workspace solutions
- Collaborate with brokers, real estate advisors, and consultants to increase visibility
- Partner with regional Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Share prospect and client feedback to improve product-market fit and GTM effectiveness
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates
Principales exigences
chevron- Proven track record in B2B prospecting, business development, and solution selling
- Ability to independently source and qualify leads in complex, consultative sales environments
- Strong understanding of the enterprise buying journey and long-cycle deal management
- Experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Background in commercial real estate, enterprise services, or flexible workspace is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets through self-generated pipeline
- Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
- High commercial acumen and results orientation
- Comfort working in global, matrixed organisations with distributed teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident navigating ambiguity
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
