    You will be joining an international organization where you will have a lot of influence without line responsibility . You are the builder who provides direction, takes people along in change and accelerates HR development in a decentralised, international context . You create clarity (frameworks, toolkits, rhythm) and realization (pilots → adoption). The result: stronger leadership, a connected HR community and a noticeable employee experience in the workplace.

    Your role

    • Leadership Development: strengthening leadership skills and culture throughout the organization.
    • HR Community & Alignment: connecting, supporting and strengthening the international HR community to promote knowledge sharing and consistent working methods.
    • Innovation & Implementation: initiating and implementing new HR developments and systems within the Group.
    • Strategic & Tactical Reinforcement: further professionalizing the HR level within the organization and positioning it as a strategic partner to management.
    • Change & Stakeholders: Create support across countries and cultures; you communicate clearly, ensure adoption, and make successes visible.

    You will work closely with local HR teams, managers and the Group Management Team.

    Who you are

    • An experienced HR Manager / People & Culture Lead.
    • Proven impact in an international (preferably decentralized/matrix) environment.
    • Strategically strong and hands-on: you enjoy building, prioritizing and simplifying.
    • A connecting influencer with persuasiveness and a feel for cultural and contextual differences.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of leadership development, employee experience, learning & talent, culture and, preferably, HR analytics.
    • Available 3 days a week (24 hours).
