Do you have a passion for trucks and large commercial vehicles and do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves when it comes to cleaning vehicles? Then you might be the General Workshop Assistant we are looking for!

About Boonstra Schadevoertuigen

Boonstra Schadevoertuigen is looking for a colleague to join our team. We are a wholesaler specializing in damaged vehicles, with a varying stock of around 1,000 vehicles. From our location in Drachten, at the Drachten Azeven business park, we buy and sell damaged vehicles both domestically and internationally.

This is what your position looks like:

- Washing company vehicles, from roof to wheel rims

- Cleaning the interior of company vehicles

- Keeping the workplace tidy

- Maintaining the grounds surrounding the building

- Leave the washing area clean again

- Assisting in the passenger car workshop when it is particularly busy

- Small tasks in between, such as picking something up or dropping something off

Do you like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in?

Who are you?

• You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working independently.
• You have an eye for detail and work neatly and carefully.
• You are reliable and keep your promises.
• Experience is a plus, but not a requirement-we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.
• A driver's license is an advantage, so that you can drive the company vehicles in and out of the wash bay yourself.

This is what we offer you:

• A full-time, varied job in a friendly and down-to-earth team
• Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• A fair wage according to the collective labor agreement
• Contract for 7 months, but looking toward a long-term collaboration
• Working within a company with an informal corporate culture, where lines of communication are short
