  As Supervisor you will be supporting our Team of dedicated Repair Technicians in the daily testing and repair of End-of-Life computing hardware to meet the required deadlines and targets.

  Within Sprague, we are looking for a talented and motivated Supervisor to join our Team to meet our customers demand. You will be working within a department that executes the testing, repairing and refurbishing of high-end computing hardware like network switches , tape drives , servers, or other electronic hardware.

  As a Supervisor you will be responsible for the planning and performance of a small Team of Repair Technicians within one department. You ensure that the processes are correctly followed and administrated to ensure the demand is reached and the quality is met. Your input indispensable to improve the overall performance of the Team and you will be working together with the Operational Manager to meet our mutual goals.

  Moreover, as Supervisor you bring new life into hardware that would otherwise be re manufactured or replaced by new hardware. With this you are giving our customers and their end-users the opportunity to reduce their global footprint and make the world a bit more green.

  Who are you?

  • A relevant bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in leading a Team
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or refurbishment industry
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A keen eye for detail.
