Graduation internship | HR - Job and Salary House

As an intern, you will analyse and optimise the current job and salary house. You will draw up job profiles, compare them with CLA agreements and best practices, and make concrete recommendations to make the system more transparent and fair. You will deliver an advisory report and present your findings to management.

• Conducting interviews and/or surveys
• Drawing up or rewriting job profiles based on information gathered and interviews
• Prepare and/or support job evaluation, e.g. using a standard methodology)
• Analyse salary house and suggest possible improvements

Who are you?

• You are following a relevant education at HBO or WO level, such as HRM,
• Business Administration, Technical Business
• Administration or similar

  You have an affinity with HR processes and organisational development

• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You work independently and are proactive
• Your interest in the technical sector is an advantage

Result

• Complete and up-to-date job house (draft)
• Salary house analysis and advice
• Research report with recommendations
• Presentation to HR and management
