Your tasks:

As a Helmsman/Helmswoman you are leading the nautical deck crew on your ship. You will assist with docking and undocking the ship, and ensure guests can safely board and disembark by setting up and removing gangways and mooring lines. A key part of your role is maintaining, repairing, and cleaning the ship and its equipment, this together with your team.

You'll also support all ship operations and navigation, keeping clear communication with the crew and officers. Rivertech looks for sailors with strong communication skills (in English or German, depending on the ship), physical fitness, attention to detail, mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask.
