About the role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and shaping Kiwa's international marketing and communication activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and execution of international marketing campaigns alongside global, cross-functional assignments, including annual and long-term strategic planning.
- Supporting global and local integration strategies and execution, ensuring planning consistency and efficiency across all Kiwa countries.
- Creating, optimizing, and coordinating marketing content for both global and country-specific platforms, ensuring compliance with branding and regulatory standards.
- Acting as an internal project manager for strategic initiatives, events, and cross-border marketing projects.
- Driving local adoption and implementation of marketing technologies (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing), including stakeholder coordination and project orchestration.
- Organizing and participating in recurring cross-functional meetings to align priorities, share progress, and strengthen collaboration.
- Ensuring digital compliance, including data processing standards and licensing checks for media, fonts, and assets used on corporate platforms.
Responsabilities:
You are someone who brings both energy and expertise to the table. You have:
- A completed Bachelor (HBO) or Master (WO) degree in Marketing, Communication, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, digital communication, or a similar, adjacent or related role.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- A proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset, with confidence to share ideas and contribute actively.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- A sense of responsibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- A collaborative attitude - you thrive in an enthusiastic team where openness and shared success matter.
- Experience with a Content Management System (website management platform) as a plus
- Interest in a full-time role with a hybrid work model (50% remote, 50% in-office).
