Boonstra Schadevoertuigen is looking for a colleague to join our team. We are a wholesaler specializing in damaged vehicles, with a varying stock of around 1,000 vehicles. From our location in Drachten, at the Drachten Azeven business park, we buy and sell damaged vehicles both domestically and internationally.

We carry out our work at various locations. At these locations, the grounds and buildings naturally require care and attention to ensure that everything is neat and tidy. That is why we are looking for someone who is happy to take responsibility for this.

This is what your position looks like:

You ensure that our various locations are kept tidy and your tasks include:

• Removing weeds and performing grounds maintenance
• Mowing the grass at our large solar panel park
• Keep the grounds free of snow and ice in winter
• Working with your own tractor with implements and a bus with tools

You will work at Boonstra Schadevoertuigen locations, but also at a number of other sites that we manage. Of course, you can always discuss what needs to be done, but it would be great if, over time, you could develop an overview yourself and require little guidance. In winter, when there is less mowing and weeding to do, you will help with maintenance tasks such as painting on and inside the buildings. You take good care of your equipment: you keep your tractor and tools in good condition and ensure that your van and tools remain tidy and organized.

Do you like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in?

Who are you?

• You enjoy working outdoors and like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
• You are able to work independently and see for yourself what needs to be done.
• You have technical insight and are good with machines.
• Experience with grounds maintenance or tractors is a plus, but not a must.
