Student internships - university-level law degrees and/or HBO law degrees - legal practice (from February 2026)

• corporate law
• General part of the law of obligations
• insolvency law
• employment law,
• (financial) liability law,
• tenancy law and
• procedural law

The LEAN DNA

Who are you?

Because we are growing so quickly, for our office in Utrecht we are looking for a legal intern with the following qualities:

• You're in the internship phase of your law studies (HBO Law / WO Law).
• You possess a good set of brains, you are ambitious and socially skilled;
• You speak and write excellent Dutch (and preferably also English);
• You have a particular interest in private law, with a focus on employment and corporate law, insolvency law, financial law and/or procedural law.
• You are capable of not only pursuing legal accuracy but also seeking the best commercial solution, and you find it important to maintain good contact with clients.

Do you have talents that don't necessarily have anything to do with the law? Then tell us more about it, in particular! At our office there are people who also have talent for (and work with) photography, web design, boxing, cycling, yoga, mindfulness, and writing. We like that.

Your duties will include, among other things, conducting case-law research, drafting memos, pleadings and correspondence in draft form, attending meetings with clients, and, if possible, attending one or more hearings. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting tasks in the area of office organization.
