    Administrative & Finance Coordinator (m/f/d)

    How to become an asset for our team:

    As Administrative & Finance Coordinator (m/f/d) you hold the strings:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, including intercompany transactions
    • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments, collections, and invoice-related matters
    • Reconcile account statements and transactions to ensure accurate postings
    • Support audit procedures and prepare documentation
    • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account data and trends
    • Issue invoices to customers and maintain the collection list

    • At least five years of experience in similar tasks, ideally in the logistics industry
    • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
    • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Confident in using MS Office
