L'AGENCY is looking for an ambitious and experienced Talent Manager to join our Talents department. L'AGENCY is a full-service media agency providing services such as talent management, influencer campaigns, content strategies, productions, PR, and brand activations. In this dynamic role, you are responsible for representing and strategically developing a portfolio of talents, while also leading L'AGENCY's FashionWeek coordination and fashion partnerships. You operate at the intersection of talent, fashion, and commerce - building meaningful careers for talents while creating high-impact opportunities with leading global brands.

You create and execute long-term strategies that elevate your talents' careers, while proactively identifying and securing commercial opportunities. In parallel, you take ownership of coordinating fashion weeks and fashion partnerships, positioning L'AGENCY and its talents at the forefront of the international fashion landscape. Working closely with the Talent Director & Project Managers and external partners, you play a key role in shaping the future of our talents and strengthening L'AGENCY's position within both the creator economy and the fashion industry. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant ownership, responsibility, and opportunity to make a lasting impact.

    1. Talent management & strategy

    • Manage and develop your own portfolio of talents, acting as their primary strategic partner and trusted advisor.
    • Co-create and execute individualized long-term career and commercial strategies aligned with each talent's positioning, ambitions, and audience.
    • Define clear goals and KPIs together with talents and the Talent Director, and monitor progress and growth.
    • Identify opportunities that strengthen the talent's brand, visibility, and long-term value across platforms and industries.
    • Provide ongoing guidance and support to talents in their professional development, positioning, and commercial decision-making.

    2. Commercial development & partnerships

    • Proactively identify, create, and secure commercial opportunities and brand partnerships for your talents.
    • Lead negotiations with national and international clients, ensuring agreements align with both the talent's and agency's objectives.
    • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and deal terms in collaboration with internal teams and legal counsel.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
    • Play a leading role in driving revenue growth for your talent roster and contributing to the overall commercial success of L'AGENCY.

    3. Client & stakeholder management

    • Serve as a key point of contact for talents, clients, fashion brands, and partners throughout collaborations and projects.
    • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and expectation management between all stakeholders.
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution of partnerships, campaigns, and fashion week activations.
    • Maintain long-term, professional relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual value.
    • Represent both your talents and L'AGENCY with professionalism in meetings, negotiations, and industry settings.

    4. Strategic planning & reporting

    • Monitor talent performance, market trends, and fashion industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
    • Track and evaluate talent growth, partnerships, and commercial results against defined goals and KPIs.
    • Provide regular updates and strategic input to the Talent Director and internal stakeholders.
    • Contribute to improving internal workflows, talent development frameworks, and commercial processes.
    • Maintain clear documentation of agreements, strategies, and key developments.

    5. Internal team collaboration

    • Work closely with project managers, creatives, PR managers, and other team members to deliver best-in-class collaborations and activations.
    • Collaborate closely with the Talent Director on talent strategy, fashion positioning, and commercial priorities.
    • Guide and support the sales team in creating and maximizing fashion and talent opportunities.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, ambitious, and creative team culture.
    • Play an active role in strengthening L'AGENCY's talent and fashion divisions and its international positioning.

    Key requirements:

    • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple talents, partnerships, and fashion week timelines simultaneously
    • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and the creator economy
    • Flexible, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

    What do we offer you:

    • A competitive salary in the industry
    • A pivotal and highly visible role within a fast-growing and ambitious agency
