    The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all outbound logistics activities and serves as the main point of contact for internal teams and external (3PL) warehouse partners. Additionally, this role manages inbound deliveries from international suppliers and collaborates closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Operations to ensure an efficient and timely flow of goods.

    Description

    • Act as main contact for logistics-related issues.
    • Plan, monitor, and track outbound B2B/B2C deliveries.
    • Manage inbound deliveries and purchase orders in ERP (SAP S4/HANA).
    • Coordinate with 3PL partner for warehouse capacity, priorities, and issue resolution.
    • Arrange transportation, pickups, and manage returns.
    • Handle customs documentation and resolve discrepancies or freight claims.

    Profile

      • MBO 4 education, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
      • Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Business-level English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and SAP S4/HANA.
      • Detail-oriented and used to working with deadlines.
      • Residing in the greater Amsterdam area.
