UX/UI-designer

Rotterdam | Hybrid | Full-time

We're looking for a UX/UI designer with 3+ years of experience at a digital agency-someone who loves crafting tailored digital experiences that help people grow, change, or better understand complex topics. You're both strategic and hands-on, knowing when to push forward and when to pause for insight.

What we're looking for

• You're a creative thinker who enjoys solving problems through design, while bringing structure, practicality, and a user-first mindset to every project.

• You have experience in areas like interaction design, experience design, graphic design, branding, marketing, or learning & development.

• You're confident working across the full design process: from early research, journey mapping, and concepting to wireframes, development, testing, and delivery.

• You've designed for experiential or interactive products before, and know how to translate a brand's visual identity into intuitive, impactful interfaces.

• You thrive in multidisciplinary teams and enjoy collaborating closely with developers, game designers, visual designers, and producers.

• You're a strong communicator who can clearly explain your design choices to your team and to clients.

Who are you?

• You bring 2+ years of relevant experience.

• You work and think at HBO (applied) or university (WO) level.

• Experience in developing bespoke software or learning solutions is a plus.

• You're interested in behavior change and designing meaningful user experiences.

• You're comfortable with digital design tools and have a technical mindset-you like to build and explore.

• You speak and write both Dutch and English at a good professional level.
