Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a fresh perspective and a passion for change processes? Are you looking for a versatile role in which you can use both your technical knowledge and your leadership skills? Then we have a challenging position for you!

Where will you be working?

The IT department consists of three main subdepartments: Infrastructure, Business Applications and Business Analytics. Because it concerns IT Projects within the entire IT department, you will fall hierarchically under the IT Director, but depending on your projects, your stakeholders will vary between the three managers of the IT subdepartments.

Representative activities

As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for managing various IT-related projects. These projects range from IT infrastructure to business applications, including:

• IT infrastructure projects: Rolling out new IT infrastructure, upgrading networks, renewing firewalls, setting up portocabins with workstations, and providing IT solutions for terminals.
• Business application projects: upgrading and/or replacing functional and/or operational ERP systems, expanding with new functionalities, and migrating applications to the cloud.
• Business integration projects: Linking different applications with each other in different ways in private and public cloud.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Leading IT projects and coordinating project activities.
• Managing internal IT teams and external partners within the projects.
• Chairing, organizing and supervising steering committee meetings.
• Acting as a link between the business and IT, and ensuring clear communication.
• Report on the progress, challenges and results of projects.
• Supervising change processes, including risk analyses (Management of Change - MoC).
• Organizing training and guiding end users during implementations.
• Ensuring aftercare and evaluating user experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and committed professional with:

• A completed college or academic education.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT project management and change processes.
• Affinity with technical systems and preferably experience in Microsoft environments (including Dynamics).
• Relevant experience with Change Management, preferably as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
• A structured and decisive working method.
• Excellent communication and contact skills.
• Willingness to travel to our various locations.
• Stress resistance, a pragmatic attitude and an energetic personality.
