PROJECT MANAGER SECURITY SYSTEMS

As a project manager, you will be responsible for successfully initiating, planning, executing, and completing both national and international projects. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring that projects are completed within schedule, budget, and quality frameworks.

You will work in a dynamic environment where diverse cultures, stakeholders, and interests converge. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, and results-oriented approach, you will be able to effectively manage projects and build lasting partnerships.

What will you do? Lead national and international projects from start to finish. Developing and monitoring project plans, budgets, and timelines. Manage multidisciplinary (and often international) project teams. Maintai contact with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. Identify and managing risks and bottlenecks.

Report on progress, results, and opportunities for improvement.

What we require? Completed MBO or HBO certificate (preferably in project management or a technical field Experience as a project manager)

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Leadership, persuasiveness, and a feel for different cultures .

Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.

Salary: €3.500,00 - €4.802,76 per month

Application Management and Commissioning Engineer

For our organization, we are looking for an additional Application Manager to handle the software installation, configuration, commissioning, and management of our security systems and associated applications (access, intrusion, video, intercom, etc.) for our end users, both domestically and internationally. Your responsibilities will also include commissioning security systems at clients' locations, assisting clients with related IT issues, and providing support to these clients via a helpdesk.

For our national and international clients, we provide physical security systems with professional management services such as Consultancy, Project Management, Service Management, and System Administration/Software Support/Application Management. You will work from our office in Warmond (Oosteinde 34) and visit client locations both domestically and internationally. You will report to your manager.

We are a relatively small team, but we collaborate with exceptional clients and offer significant opportunities for growth. That's why it's important that you're a strong link in our organization and can work with your colleagues to steer the organization.

Good communication skills in Dutch, German, and English are a plus, and a driver's license is required.

SECURITY ENGINEERS -

As a security technology service technician, you are the face of MKBsecure. You are the direct point of contact for our customers and ensure that they experience every day why they chose our company. Your work is essential to the success of our company.

What will you do? You ensure that our customers' security systems always function optimally. You provide expert advice and resolve malfunctions or technical issues quickly and efficiently. You provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

What makes the position unique? You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied work environment. Your working area is primarily the Netherlands and Belgium, but thanks to our extensive network in Europe, occasional work abroad is possible (negotiable, not mandatory). You'll play a key role in protecting our clients' assets and safety.

Salary: €2.500 - €4.500 per month

Expected number of hours: 32 - 40 per week
