Who are we?

We are Doucheservice! We believe that taking a shower is essential to make the most of your day. During renovations and home care, many people often can't use their own shower. That's why we solve this problem by installing innovative temporary emergency showers in people's homes

Our office in Delft is looking for a Customer Support Agent. Do you want to be part of a young and friendly team and make people happy with an emergency shower? Then this position is suitable for you!

What does it involve?

As a Customer Support Agent, you put a smile on our customers' faces by providing excellent service. You function as the first point of contact for our customers, making you the face/voice of our company. You optimize the routes for the service engineers as much as possible! You work together in a close-knit team that can not only get things done but also laugh together a lot.

What does your workday look like?

• You arrive at our beautiful headquarters on Bellweg in Delft, just a 5-minute bike ride from the TU Delft campus/city center.
• While enjoying coffee/drinks or a snack, you start the morning with a brief task distribution between you and your colleagues.
• Then you answer customer questions that have come in and keep yourself busy with scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
• During lunch, you enjoy your well-deserved break and chat pleasantly with colleagues.
• Afterwards, you spend the rest of the afternoon doing your utmost to handle all questions/appointments.
• You end the day with a handover.

Who are you?

• You are available 8-28 hours per week;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and speak a little English
• Interested in earning some extra money;
• You work accurately and solution-oriented
• You enjoy working in a team
• You love to create a good atmosphere
