Ready to be part of a global leader in logistics? At GXO, we make sure the world’s biggest brands, like Zara, H&M, Primark, IKEA, and Ahold, get their products to customers on time. Now we’re looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Employees / Order Pickers to join our growing team in Heerlen.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick and pack orders for fashion and lifestyle products such as clothing and shoes.
• Ensure accuracy—customers count on you to deliver exactly what they ordered.
• Prepare shipments by packing items neatly and ready for dispatch.
• Manage stock levels and help keep the warehouse organized.

You’ll work full-time in a five-shift system (3-4-3 schedule), planned for the entire year so you always know your shifts: (Please be aware in the future you will work in 2 shifts)

• Early shift: 06:00–14:00
• Late shift: 14:00–22:00
• Night shift: 22:00–06:00

• You speak English and can communicate well with colleagues and team leaders.
• You have your own transport.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Competitive pay: €14.40 gross per hour + attractive shift allowances:
  • Saturday: +50%
  • Sunday: +100%
  • Night hours (00:00–06:00): +45%
  • Evening hours (19:00–21:00): +25%
  • Late evening (21:00–00:00): +35%
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
• Holiday pay: 8.33%
• Pension plan: Basic premium paid by Olympia
