    Internship Customer Support

    What will you do?

    As an intern in our Customer Support team, you will:

    • Help guests via phone, email and chat

    • Make, adjust and advise on reservations

    • Think about marketing campaigns during our weekly budget quarter

    • Process guest feedback and discuss improvement opportunities with our park managers

    • Thinking along on how to optimise current business processes

    • Delivering imput for the week start

    • Turn complaints into compliments

    • Develop SOPs to capture current processes

    • Give guests a Hostmanship experience

    • Prepare quotes for long stays

    What will you learn with us?

    At the end of your internship, you will be a pro at customer care. You know how to deal with guests' questions or complaints, you are an expert in making bookings in Mews and are fully aware of everything that goes on within the Customer Support department. Additionally, you will take on various management tasks to ensure that the team thrives in day-to-day operations.

    Who are you?

    We are looking for an enthusiastic student who:

    • Is good in Dutch and English. German is a plus!

    • Is handy with computers and learns new systems quickly

    • Takes initiative and comes up with ideas

    • Has top communication skills and likes to help people

    • Is hospitable, flexible and service-oriented
