Your role

We are looking for a communicative go-getter with a good overview, who will act as the link between Engineering and Production! Would you like to convert a fully configured machine into a smooth-running manufacturing and assembly process, and are you happy to work with the team on the shop floor to implement improvements? For over 75 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.

You will work in the Supply Chain Management department, where you will be part of the Preparation & Planning team. Together with a few colleagues, you will carry out the work preparation process and be responsible for converting a fully configured machine into a well-functioning manufacturing process. The combination of order work preparation and implementing operational improvements on the work floor makes this role challenging and diverse. You will ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. You will also anticipate and respond to risks and disruptions to guarantee (internal) customer satisfaction.

What we ask of you

• At least a completed higher professional education degree in a field such as engineering, technical business administration, supply chain, logistics, or operations management;
• Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a business or factory environment;
• You have excellent communication skills and are a true networker;
• Experience with an ERP system, experience with Infor LN is an advantage;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
