    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Centre Auditor to join our team and deliver high-quality audits and compliance assessments for mission-critical data-center facilities. In this role, you will combine your expertise with energy efficiency sustainability knowledge to help our clients optimize their data-centre operations while ensuring full compliance with EU regulations and international standards.

    Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, you will take ownership of comprehensive energy audits, design reviews, and resilience assessments across diverse data centre environments. Your work will directly impact clients' operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals.

    What You'll Do

    You will perform detailed energy audits of data centre facilities, identifying and quantifying energy-saving opportunities within mission-critical systems. A key focus will be ensuring compliance with the European Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) and related EU regulations, including Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1364.

    Your technical expertise will extend to conducting design reviews of new and existing infrastructure, determining site resilience levels in accordance with EN-50600, IEC 22237.

    Beyond technical auditing, you will document findings and recommendations, provide expert guidance on improving Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE), and Energy Reuse Factor (ERF) metrics in line with ISO-30134, and collaborate effectively with data centre managers, facility engineers and IT teams, ensuring adherence to local codes and standards.

    Who You Are

    You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent report writing abilities. You're detail-oriented and you approach projects with a client-conscious, time-conscious and goal-oriented mindset. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with digital proficiency such as in MS Office.

    Qualifications such as Certified Data Centre Audit Professional (CDCAP) and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) are advantageous, as is hands-on experience with EED auditing. Fluency in English is essential, and you must be experienced in electrical/mechanical, HVAC and energy auditing practices.

    Furthermerore, you bring:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related;
    • Significant track record in data centre audits, or other industrial sectors;
    • Strong knowledge of ISO, IEC, and local codes, standards, and regulations;
    • Comprehensive understanding of electrical/mechanical, HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
