Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Do you have experience guiding complex Agile environments and feel at home at the intersection of coordination, leadership and process improvement? Then we are looking for you as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)!

As a Release Train Engineer, you will be the driving force behind one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You ensure that teams within the program can work together optimally, obstacles are removed and the focus on customer value is maintained. You facilitate SAFe events such as PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

In this role, you act as a liaison between teams, Product Management, System Architects and other stakeholders. You will work towards alignment, transparency and flow within the program and foster a culture of ownership and learning.
