• €750 internship (40 hours) allowance per month

We’re looking for a motivated and curious intern who:

• Is doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Has strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office (SAP/WMS is a nice bonus!)
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to improve how things are done

Time to put your skills into practice! During this internship, you will:

• Analyze how 1000+ raw materials are stored and moved between our warehouse in Schiphol-Rijk and production sites in Leiden & Sassenheim
• Develop an ABCD analysis and create visual heatmaps of material flows
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to gather data and spot inefficiencies
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest smart improvements
• Help optimize storage layouts and picking routes to boost efficiency

At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we focus on improving health through innovation and compassion. Our warehouse is located in Schiphol-Rijk and an enthusiastic group of operators make sure we process any material used in our production processes in a correct and compliant manner. The team consists of 4 main departments: incoming goods, weight and dispense and outgoing goods.
