On the department where you'll work, Raw Construction Preparation, we produce semi-finished products. Here you'll find colleagues working as welders and others operating the welding robot. Your role is to ensure that the team handling manual welding performs at its best so that every part meets our high-quality standards. You're not just a leader-you're a coach and an organizer. You'll monitor planning and make sure materials and tools are available.

In addition, you'll actively contribute ideas for process improvements and create a safe, motivating work environment where your team can grow. In short: you'll make sure everything runs smoothly-from preparation to quality control-so our trailers continue to stand out for reliability and innovation.

What will you do?

• Prepare and organize work, including planning and material availability
• Lead, instruct, and guide your team
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Coordinate with logistics to resolve bottlenecks
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and KPIs

Who are you?

• You have at least MBO+ level education or equivalent experience
• You understand production processes and know how to organize them efficiently and safely. You quickly adapt to related digital systems
• You have experience coaching and training a team
• You have experience with welding and/or construction work
• You're familiar with quality standards, health & safety regulations
• You're a strong communicator and can instruct non-native speakers at a basic level
• You feel at home in an informal, no-nonsense family culture
