We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the transportation of goods via road and sea, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with international trade regulations.

Description

• Plan, organize, and monitor shipments by road and sea.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs documents, certificates).
• Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transport schedules and costs.
• Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions.
• Support internal teams with logistics-related queries and documentation.

Profile

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
• 1-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience with road and sea transport.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade documentation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
