Step into a key finance role where you'll manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, handle intercompany transactions, and help strengthen overall financial processes.

Description
- Prepare, review, and analyze general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
- Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting-related questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information for monthly and quarterly accruals.
- Manage intercompany alignment for all parent‑company‑related purchases and transactions.
- Apply knowledge of VAT and wage tax (preferred).
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and quality.
- Assist with various accounting tasks as needed.
- Contribute to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial statement activities.
Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Has strong experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Understands Dutch GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Is skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Has experience with AR, AP, billing, cash management, and month‑end close.
- Shows strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Works with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborates effectively with other departments and teams.
