Are you looking to work in a dynamic and modern logistics environment? DHL Weert is looking for enthusiastic Logistics Expedition Employees who enjoy being hands-on and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

🕐 Working Schedule:

Full-time positions (40 hours per week)

Monday to Friday, rotating two-shift pattern:

Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00

Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00

Some flexibility for occasional weekend work is required.

🚚 Typical Tasks in the Expedition Department:

Coordinating and preparing outgoing shipments

Scanning, labeling, and verifying outbound goods to ensure accuracy

Loading trucks and organizing goods according to transport requirements

Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of freight

Handling documentation and logging data in systems like SAP

Performing visual quality checks to ensure packages are complete and damage-free

Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a smooth and secure logistics flow

✅ Requirements

We’re seeking motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

Experience in logistics or expedition (a plus, but not required)

Prior experience with MHE (e.g., EPT, Stacker) is an advantage

Reliable transportation (car or bike) for shift availability

Good physical condition; ability to lift up to 20kg

Proactive, team-oriented, and flexible mindset

Comfortable working independently when needed

Proficiency in spoken and written English

💰 What We Offer

New! Earn an "all-in" hourly wage of €15.45, including your vacation pay directly in your hourly rate

Standard hourly wage of €14.77

Shift allowances:

+30% after 18:00+50% on Saturdays+100% on Sundays

Travel allowance to help cover your commuting costs

Full-time contract with a rotating two-shift schedule

MHE training provided for all new hires
