Technical Administrative Assistant (32-40 hours)

What will you do?

As Technical Administrative Assistant, you are the connecting link between our technical execution and the administrative organisation. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Think about:

✓ Processing and checking work orders, quotations and order confirmations

✓ Communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues

✓ Preparing and handling project administration

✓ Maintaining schedules and technical documentation

✓ Support procurement and inventory management

✓ Other administrative tasks that contribute to a smooth process

What do you bring?

✓ MBO+ working and thinking level (administrative or technically oriented)

✓ Affinity with engineering and/or experience in a technical work environment

✓ You work accurately, independently and in a structured way

✓ You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented

✓ Experience with MS Office and preferably an ERP system
