You are a driven professional who easily takes the lead and always maintains an overview. You are stress-resistant and think in solutions rather than problems. You are a true team player with a positive attitude.

• MBO 4 in Logistics or HBO level of thinking.
• Experience in a similar logistics position.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• You work accurately and securely.

As a Backup Warehouse Lead, you are the right-hand of the Warehouse Foreman and step in during his absence. You ensure the seamless handling of all Rework processes, which naturally contributes to customer satisfaction. You support the team and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

• Organize and coordinate Rework tasks (returns, damages).
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• You are the main contact point and guide the team.
• Provide weekly reports on Rework performance (KPIs).
• Train colleagues and propose improvements.
