Job description

As a Administration Assistant, you will support our finance team by ensuring accurate, clear, and up-to-date financial records. You will help maintain the efficiency and stability of our day-to-day operations.

Who you are

You have a financial background (MBO+ or HBO level), strong numerical skills, are proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Some of your daily tasks

Processing invoices

Managing payment transactions

Assisting with month-end and year-end closings

Our requirements

MBO+ or HBO level financial education

Experience working as a financial adminstration Accurary, proactive & good with numbers

Clear communication and true team player

Work indepently and self-taught

Availability of 16-40 hours, with flexible scheduling possible

Job description

As a Cash Flow Operation Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely international payments. You'll collaborate closely with our finance, sales, and logistics teams to keep our financial processes smooth and efficient.

Who you are

You're detail-oriented, analytical, and resilient under pressure. With at least 3 years of experience in international finance and familiarity with systems like Exact or SAP, you're ready for your next career move.

Some of your daily tasks

Processing international payments (SEPA/SWIFT)

Monitoring cash flow and transactions

Preparing financial reports

Identifying risks and improvement opportunities

Our requirements

HBO+ or university degree in Finance

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an international setting

Strong knowledge of financial processes and FX transactions

Fluent in Dutch and English
