To excel as our Logistics Team Leader and manage this fast-paced environment, you should have:

• You can speak and write in English on a professional level
• You are a people manager with 3 years experience leading a team in a similar work environment
• Full-time availability, with willingness to work in 3 shifts (6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, and once every 10 weeks 11:15 PM - 6:15 AM)

As a logistics team leader, you’ll be in charge of a key process in the distribution center! 🚀 Whether it's unloading/receiving, stowing/picking, or packing/expedition, you'll be leading an international team of around 30 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators.

Your mission? To inspire, motivate, and guide your team to reach their goals. ✨ You'll make sure everyone is happy and help them develop their careers. Your colleagues in the Control Room will keep you up-to-date on all the metrics, ratios, and planning. 📈 Plus, you'll suggest process improvements and lead performance meetings with your team.
