As Assistant Area Manager, you will mainly work on location. You will be among the people, helping out where necessary and ensuring that the work is done properly. No two days are the same. Are we looking for someone who manages from the sidelines? No. Are we looking for someone who takes responsibility, is visible on the work floor, and wants to grow? Absolutely.

The distribution is clear and fair:

• Approximately 80% of your time will be spent working with and supporting teams on site.
• Approximately 20% of your time is spent organizing, managing, and coordinating.

What are you going to do?

You support the Area Manager and are mainly present on location:

• Assisting with cleaning at various locations
• Supporting, training, and coaching employees
• Monitoring quality by participating yourself
• Solving problems where they arise: on the floor

• Contributing ideas about planning and staffing
• Checking hours and simple reports
• Be the point of contact for questions or issues

Who are we looking for?

This role suits people who act before they think.

You are suitable if you:

• Have experience in leadership or responsibility
• Doesn't mind helping out with cleaning
• You are practical, communicate clearly, and show initiative.
• Understand that respect is earned in the workplace, not on paper.

No cleaning experience? No problem, you learn the trade by doing it.

• Salary €16.55 - €17.50 per hour (collective labor agreement, depending on experience)
