THE POSITION
As a Quality Program Manager, you play a key role in strengthening our integrated, ISO-based management system and driving our High Five for Quality programme. You work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure compliance, improve processes and embed a strong quality culture.

Your main responsibilities:
- Drive and further develop the High Five for Quality programme.
- Manage, maintain and enhance our ISO-certified management system.
- Lead internal audits, management reviews and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with and coach teams to embed quality in daily operations.
Your workplace
You will be part of a small, specialised team that approaches quality from a management system perspective. Our activities include auditing, incident management and the use of data and analyses for reporting to senior management. Collaboration, expertise and team spirit are central to our work.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about quality, standardisation and continuous improvement. With strong communication skills and a structured mindset, you know how to inspire others and bring quality performance to the next level.
You also bring:
- Experience with ISO standards and management system processes.
- A proactive, people-oriented and structured working style.
- Strong project management and communication skills (PMP, IPMA or similar).
- Preferably experience in construction, contracting or offshore energy.
