Marketing Intern

This role is full time on AV Flexologic's HQ in Alphen aan den Rijn. 3 days/week or more at the office preferred.

The Marketing Intern will be responsible with providing Marketing support, Logistics/Operations support, plus assisting the Marketing team with executive administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic Marketing and Communications skills (newsletters, social media)
• Administrative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-driven, positive
• Preferred: Marketing or Communication Studies

Responsibilities

Operations and Logistics support

• Hands-on assistance logistics
• Marketing and administrative operations skills
• Liaising with vendors, external event managers, suppliers
• Able to process basic financial and logistics documents and orders (invoices, shipping)
• Marketing and office organization and support

Marketing Communications

• Newsletters, social media posts
• Implement different product updates on marketing materials
• Creation of marketing deliverables
• Basic product marketing projects

Project Management

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Executive support, calendar management, meeting coordination
• Gathering documentation for different projects
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Creating, editing, organizing files

• Have 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of Graphic design tools
• Basic Marketing knowledge
