    For almost 80 years, Moba has been making innovative, high-tech total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, we have grown to become a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, we operate worldwide with fifteen offices and more than 900 employees.

    Our network of regional offices and agencies is primarily responsible for the sale of and service to our systems. From the Global Service department in Barneveld, we support them with knowledge, expertise, and centralized services such as the Global Helpdesk and Global Spare Parts.

    In addition to being business critical for our customers, spare parts, with a turnover of almost €100 million, also make a substantial contribution to Moba's financial results. Our ambition is to professionalize our operations in a way that enables us to continue to grow sustainably.

    Within Global Service, you will be responsible for Moba's entire Spare Parts business. From spare parts strategy (both commercial and logistical) to the actual delivery of parts to our customers, including the administrative processing and follow-up of these orders. Optimal availability of spare parts is crucial for streamlined operations and optimal functioning of our customers' systems. Together with your team, colleagues from other departments, and foreign regional offices, you will therefore ensure the timely and complete delivery of spare parts to our customers, totaling more than 100,000 order lines per year and a catalog of over 20,000 SKUs.

    As Spare Parts Business Manager, you will take on a versatile, dynamic role. You will balance strategy to achieve the desired growth and professionalization with operational management and improvement. You will be responsible for achieving the set business targets in terms of proposition/portfolio, customer satisfaction, quality, delivery reliability, and financial objectives. This includes, among other things:

    • Initiating and contributing to strategic projects in the areas of proposition, catalog management, logistics fulfillment redesign, financial/logistics reporting (PowerBI), implementation of a new ERP system, renewal of the webshop, and further expansion of CRM and PLM applications

    • Defining and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve financial objectives

    • Optimizing pricing, catalog management, and inventory strategies

    • Actively exploiting the installed base and supporting regional offices to achieve further growth

    • Managing and developing the central Spare Parts team (5 FTE) responsible for the entire process from order processing to actual delivery to the customer.

    • Functional management of the procurement, warehouse, and shipment team within the Operations department (internal supplier) in releasing, monitoring, and expediting customer orders.

    • Intensive collaboration with regional offices and departments such as Sales/Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and IT. Working together on necessary improvements in the areas of processes, organization, systems, and data using professional CI methodologies.

    • Monitoring the operational process: ensuring fast, customer-friendly order processing and reliable deliveries.
