Job requirements

What are you going to do?

As an chef de partie, you will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes. You will work with the best local ingredients and ensure that each dish looks perfect and tastes delicious.

Your tasks:

  • Preparing ingredients;

  • Preparing dishes according to recipe and presentation requirements;

  • Ensuring hygiene and safety standards (HACCP);

  • Checking freshness and quality of ingredients;

  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver top quality;

  • Thinking creatively about new dishes and improvements;

  • Ensuring that your kitchen station is always neat and efficient.
