Account Executive
Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Privacy Perfect is seeking a Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales of our Privacy Management Services and Information Security Management System provided as SaaS services. Our comprehensive services go beyond GDPR Compliance, addressing international privacy laws, as well as information security management processes.
Our results-driven Account Executive is driving the sales of our solution through consultative selling approaches, identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. This position will work over the phone and online, and also through face-to-face meetings. You understand the importance of strong customer service, have a knack for closing deals, and are self-assured.

What will your responsibilities be
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and showcase the value of our solutions
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in our CRM-system (ZoHo) and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Drive sales through our partner network by identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration
- Implement effective cross-selling and upselling initiatives to existing customers, identifying opportunities for additional services and features
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
About you
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets (hunter)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English is a must, Japanese is a bonus
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
