What are you going to do:

Create a blueprint for retrieving relevant data for troubleshooting and creating a trouble shooting guide which will fit into the process already applied to other truck classes from other development centers. You will work with engineering, suppliers and field engineers to create a structure to retrieve and implement relevant trouble shooting data. This data will be used by trained dealer technicians in the field and needs to be imported in a trouble shooting guide, which will be updated on a regular base.

Description of activities for this assignment/graduation thesis:

• Improve current ttroubleshooting set up to a workable system
• Create a structure to fill the gaps
• Make sure that the relevant existing information will be added to the database
• Create an algorithm to get field feedback, which results into the most likely resolution step on top.
• Work together with field engineers on troubleshooting content
