Mossel & Gin is a restaurant located at Westergas in Amsterdam. With a young team, we have been focusing on preparing mussels, a few other dishes and, of course, gin and tonics for 10 years. We are currently looking for new staff to join our kitchen team.

What can you expect?

You will be our chef in a well-organised kitchen. Our concise menu allows us to work in a neat and tidy manner. We avoid stressful situations and want to work with a smile at all times. The dishes that leave our kitchen are fresh and prepared with care. During the day, we do preparations, and the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. The kitchen is open until 9:30 p.m. in winter and until 10:30 p.m. in summer. Even if you don't have much experience as a chef, our dishes are easy to learn.
