As the Treasurer, you will manage significant financial resources and provide biannual reports to the Board of at UMCU and the Division of Strategy and Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a healthy cash balance and create detailed financial overviews to ensure transparency and informed decision-making for events and promotions.
• Collaborate on event planning by evaluating and approving proposals based on financial feasibility.
• Play a pivotal role in every organized event, ensuring financial oversight and alignment with strategic goals.

What You Bring:

• A passion for structure and organization, with strong skills in Excel and an interest in finance.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to explore opportunities while understanding boundaries and confidently saying 'no' when necessary.

Additional Information:

• Enjoy collaborating with others to organize events.
• Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per week, excluding event time.
• Biweekly team meetings on Tuesdays (starting at 16:30 or 17:30, lasting 1 hour).
• Applicants must be under 36 years old.
