ICT Support Specialist

At PLT Products in Haaksbergen, we are looking for an enthusiastic ICT Support Specialist to help our organisation solve technical issues and improve our OT services. Does this sound like a challenge to you? Then read on quickly!

What your role as ICT Support Specialist looks like

As ICT Support Specialist, you ensure that technical issues are solved quickly and properly. Your focus is on second-line support: you will handle more complex incidents, support the first-line with knowledge and solutions and coordinate with suppliers where necessary. You will work both on location and remotely; at least once a week at our office in Hengelo.

What will you do?

• Support 1st-line colleagues.
• Record, analyse and solve technical problems (software errors, hardware failures, network problems).
• Provide effective remote support through your communication skills and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to address complex problems and find structural solutions.
• Capture and share solutions to avoid repeat queries.
• Assist in the set-up and maintenance of various equipment.

What you bring as an ICT Support Specialist

• A completed mbo education level 4 in the direction of ICT.
• Passion for ICT and a strong drive to keep learning and growing.
• Customer focus and stress-resistance: you know how to deal effectively with various queries and challenges.
• A proactive and enterprising attitude, with the ability to work independently.
