INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

As an ML engineering intern, you will help us build and deploy machine learning models. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering the necessary data to develop and validate the solution

• Deploy models so that others can use them

• Create pipelines to train and deploy models

• Engineer solutions that allow models to be updated and re-trained

Your internship will focus on internal tools and demos. You will help us create streamlined pipelines to annotate data, train models, and deploy them to production. We currently focus on computer vision and natural language understanding models, meaning that you will help us showcase tracking algorithms, speech-to-text models, or translation models, among others

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• You have a bachelor's degree in either Data Science, Computer Science (+ experience with machine learning and data science), Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Natural/ Life Science or Business/ Economics (+ experience with software development)

• Your dream job is to become a Machine Learning Engineer and you want to gain experience as one

• You are result-oriented and a problem solver

• You have experience with programming languages and you aim to improve your skills (Python or R)

• You are passionate about artificial intelligence and follow the latest news about the field

• You are a real team player

• You are willing to continually update your expertise and share your knowledge with your colleagues

• You have good communication skills as you will join a team of more than 15 data scientists

• You have a working permit within the EU

• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or German is considered a plus
